At InSciSol, Information Security is set as a top priority. Our commitment is to:

• Ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the data produced, received and processed within our operations and projects.
• Maximize the reliability and resilience of our business information resources.

Our Information Security Management System

Through the implementation of our Information Security Management System (ISMS), established in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard, we aim to:

• Protect stored files, computing resources and business information from any threat, whether internal or external, intentional or accidental.
• Systematically assess and evaluate information security risks, ensuring their proper and timely management.
• Ensure secure data processing by applying access controls, preventing viruses and external intrusions, recording and addressing security incidents, and managing unexpected events.
• Provide continuous awareness for Top Management and all employees on information security issues, ensuring competence and vigilance across the organization.
• Ensure the ongoing commitment of Top Management to the strict application and continuous improvement of the ISMS.

Responsibilities

The Chief Information Security Officer is responsible for controlling and monitoring the operation of the ISMS, as well as for ensuring that all personnel are kept informed and updated regarding the Information Security Policy.

All personnel involved in activities and processes related to Information Security are responsible for applying this Policy and complying with the ISMS procedures within their areas of responsibility.

To achieve these goals, InSciSol maintains and continually improves its Information Security Management System, in full compliance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
